அமைதியாய் அகத்திற்குள் ஆனந்தமா யிருப்பதின் இரகசியம் என்னவோ!

மேலிருந்து எல்லாம் அவன்

பார்த்து கொள்வான் 

நிச்சயம் என்பதாலோ!

இறைவா இறங்கிடு

நாவை நாகமென மடித்து

நாள்தோறும் நளினமாய்

நாற்பது பொய்யுரைத்து

நிந்தனைதான் நிரந்தர

சுதந்திர மெனவாதாடும் 

சிந்தனைக்குள் சீக்கிரமாய்

இறைவா! நீ இறங்கி விடு!

மனிதமே மிகச்சிறந்த 

மார்கமென மதங்களும்

மறைகளும் முறையோடு

முன் மொழிந்தாலும் 

மரத்துப்போன மனங்களை 

மாற்ற வல்ல மாரியாய்

மறவாமல், நீ பொழிந்து விடு!

Boredom

Are you bored?
Ask yourself that.
You have to be,
If you are past thirty!

Things that enticed,
Plays that entertained,
Books that thrilled,
Seldom does more!

Is it bad to be bored?
Oh! Not at all.
Its just a gentle nudge
To seek something new.

Isn't it great now,
What life asks you to do.
Glad to have money to spare;
With an unfound passion awaits.

Confusion is to decide
what to seek now.
Too many options!
So many sellers!

How one finds one's passion?
Are we glorfying hobbies as passions!
Or its just a free food from 
the overpaid passion donors.

Power Yoga for few days,
Zumba for few friends,
A Trek for a week and
A Bar to rescue weekend.

Is it okay to be bored?
I would say it is.
Boredom is just an absence
of an interesting activity.

Are you under pressure
to beat the boredom?
Just stay put till you
find your unsold passion.

You feel a lot light
If you embrace boredom
And will start seeking
With sincerity and freedom.
